Hide and Chic does not refund for poor choice, please choose carefully. Returned products must be accompanied by a return form for completion, which will be emailed directly through to you after we receive your concerns in writing.
You must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within five (5) days of delivery you must notify Hide and Chic in writing of any defect in the products or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the products. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination and you shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. Worn products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns, except where it is deemed as “Goods received in error”.
In the event that goods need to be returned please use a reliable method of postage, as Hide and Chic is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs when returning an item for a refund or exchange.
For exchange of size, requests need to be made in writing to our customer service team at (email@example.com).
All returns / exchanges shipping charges need to be covered by you except where it is deemed as “Goods received in error”.
Please note that “Sale” items purchased on this website are non-refundable but may be exchanged for the same style in a different size only.
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our return policy.
We uses Express Post delivery via Australia Post to ensure you receive your product as soon as possible. Once your order’s payment has been confirmed we will ship it out that same day.
Express post delivery can be expected usually between 1-3 business days depending on your postal area. Orders placed after midday will be processed the following day.
International orders will need to be considered at the time of order, postage charges will vary according to location. We will get in contact with you to confirm shipping charges to your country.
International delivery is expected usually 3-10 business days by Registered Air Mail.
Please note we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
