Each order and the supply of products by Hide and Chic shall be governed by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute the entire understanding between you and Hide and Chic in relation to any products ordered and supplied through this website.
Acknowledgement of your order does not constitute an acceptance of it. If we accept the order we shall notify you of our acceptance via email and confirm payment. Only at that point will a contract for the sale and purchase of products come into being.
We shall at the same time notify you of the order number and you will be required to quote it in any subsequent communications.
Hide and Chic reserves the right at its discretion to decline to accept any order and / or to supply products to any individual or company. If we decline to accept, or cancel an order for which we have received payment, we shall refund the payment, but shall have no further or other liabilities.
As you complete payment on this website you are authorising us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us in accordance with the products you have agreed to purchase.
Prices quoted on this website are an indicative price only and are subject to change.
All prices on this website are inclusive of Australian GST and exclusive of postage charges. We do not charge any shipping fees for our Australia wide customers.
Delivery & Availability
Hide and Chic will deliver products ordered by you via our postal service to the delivery address that you have given us. By accepting these terms, you agree to appoint and do appoint the postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf.
All delivery is subject to availability, if there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you of this via the email address you have provided us and give you a new delivery time.
Goods received in error
If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify us immediately at (email@example.com). For goods received in error we will re-imburst all shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Hide and Chic does not refund for poor choice, please choose carefully. Returned products must be accompanied by a return form for completion, which will be emailed directly through to you after we receive your concerns in writing.
You must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within five (5) days of delivery you must notify Hide and Chic in writing of any defect in the products or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the products. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination and you shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly.
Goods must be returned in original packaging and in original condition as received. Worn products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns, except where it is deemed as “Goods received in error”.
In the event that goods need to be returned please use a reliable method of postage, as Hide and Chic is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs when returning an item for a refund or exchange.
For exchange of size, requests need to be made in writing to our customer service team at (firstname.lastname@example.org).
All returns / exchanges shipping charges need to be covered by you except where it is deemed as “Goods received in error”.
Please note that “Sale” items purchased on this website are non-refundable but may be exchanged for the same style in a different size only.
A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our return policy.
Hide and Chic does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use this website with the involvement of a parent or guardian only.
